Can I join classes if I'm a beginner?
Yes! You do not have to be experienced to join! We meet you where you're at! There is a limit of 4 women per class, so that each member gets more one on one training.
What are the classes like?
We start with a group warm up, priming your muscles for the prescribed workout! Then we move into a powerlifting movement such as bench press, squats or deadlifts focusing on learning proper form and using challenging weight FOR YOU. There is no expectations of how much weight you should be doing.
Every body is different and every workout can be tailored to your individual needs. Then we do some bodybuilding style lifts focusing on building lean muscle and burning body fat!
Why is it a women only class?
We wanted to create a safe space for women that is encouraging, uplifting and supportive! The program also includes strengthening your pelvic floor, deep core muscles, and hips!
This can help shrink your waist line, help with postpartum care, and alleviate lower back pain!
Do I have to participate in classes to join?
No, absolutely not! We also offer personal training, tandem training and virtual programming! New offerings are coming soon as well!
